1. Acceptance of Services

By engaging the transport services of My Medical Movers LLC, the customer (Hospital, Clinic, or Laboratory) agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. All moves are subject to the specific rigging and transport protocols required for sensitive clinical equipment.

2. Liability & Insurance (Carmack Amendment)

In accordance with the Carmack Amendment, My Medical Movers LLC liability for cargo loss or damage is limited to standard carrier levels unless a higher value is declared in writing prior to pickup. For high-value imaging systems (MRI/CT), customers must provide specific valuation documentation for enhanced insurance coverage.

3. Specialized Handling & Rigging

My Medical Movers LLC specializes in medical rigging. However, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all medical equipment is de-installed and decontaminated according to clinical standards before our team initiates the move protocol.

4. Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from services provided by My Medical Movers LLC shall be handled in the courts located in Miller County, MO.
